Marketplace status
MARKET WEB GROWTOPIA is an independent transaction platform for digital Growtopia items. It is not Ubisoft, Growtopia, a bank, an e-wallet provider, PayPal, or a cryptocurrency service. Seller payment details are supplied by the seller assigned to the order.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide the correct world name and owner name.
- Ensure an accessible DISPLAY BOX is available in the destination world.
- Select and use one displayed payment method and pay the exact order amount.
- Upload genuine proof only after payment has been completed.
- Review delivery promptly and use the official dispute flow if the item is missing.
Seller responsibilities
- Use accurate contact, pricing, and payment information.
- Claim only one order at a time and respond within the displayed timers.
- Verify funds through the relevant payment provider before marking an order paid.
- Deliver the correct quantity to the buyer-provided destination.
- Cooperate with administrator review and preserve relevant transaction evidence.
Prohibited conduct
Fake orders, fake proofs, identity impersonation, payment reversal fraud, credential requests, abusive messages, automated spam, exploiting timers, and attempts to access another user’s transaction are prohibited. Accounts may be limited, suspended, blacklisted, or removed to protect the marketplace.
Digital-item risks
Digital-item transactions carry platform, game-rule, account, and payment risks. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, payment provider rules, and Growtopia rules. Never share your Growtopia credentials.
