Information we collect
- Buyer username, account type, session identifier, and activity timestamps.
- Seller username, Discord username, WhatsApp number, license validation result, and payment profile.
- Order quantity, selected currency, world name, world owner, invoice, status, and timestamps.
- Payment and delivery proof images submitted for a specific order.
- Anonymous order-chat messages and security metadata used to limit spam and fake orders.
Passwords and sensitive credentials
Buyer passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes and cannot be read back by administrators. Seller credentials are verified by KeyAuth and the seller password is not stored by this website. We never request Growtopia account credentials, banking PINs, email passwords, or one-time passwords.
How information is used
Data is used to authenticate accounts, route orders, display seller payment instructions to the assigned buyer, prevent duplicate or abusive orders, investigate disputes, and maintain transaction history. Buyer and seller identities are not disclosed to one another through the order interface.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Records are retained only as needed for transaction processing, fraud prevention, dispute evidence, and marketplace audits. Access to proofs is restricted to the relevant transaction roles and administrators. Account deletion requests may be submitted through Discord support; transaction records needed for fraud or dispute handling may be retained.
Third-party services
The service uses Cloudflare-based hosting and storage, Discord for support and operational notifications, and KeyAuth for seller-license validation. Buyers choose from payment details supplied by the assigned seller. Review the privacy practices of payment providers you choose to use.
